Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the buyer. Delivery to packing stations is not possible. All shipped orders can be tracked online. The shipment number, with which the current status of an order can be called up, is sent by e-mail as soon as the order is ready for dispatch.

How can I get my money back?The credit is always made using the method you specified as the payment method. If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. When paying with PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account. The refund of the purchase price will be made after receipt and processing of the return.
