WHAT DOES„ECO-FRIENDLY“MEAN?

Our "be ready" paper tubes are made of 100% paper and contain no plastic. Thus, they are reusable, recyclable and biodegradable. The core of our paper tubes is also made from 100% recycled paper and is therefore particularly sustainable. With the made-to-measure “be customized” Paper tubes, you ultimately determine their requirements in terms of form, function and environmental compatibility. Here we are at your side with our expertise and pay attention to the decisive factors, such as the food-safe nature of the paper, a coating or the inks and adhesives used.

ARE THE PAPER TUBES FOOD GRADE?

Our "be ready" paper tubes are currently all uncoated, but are suitable for storing non-greasy foods such as tea or coffee beans. In the near future, we will also be offering "be ready" Paper tubes coated on the inside, which will then have all the properties for filling with greasy products such as various cosmetics etc.

ARE THE PAPER TUBES AIRTIGHT?

We can produce airtight paper tubes with removable membrane closures and inner film lining. However, you or your packaging and fulfillment partner would have to fill and seal the paper tubes yourself.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We can currently produce paper tubes in lengths of up to 2000 mm in height and 150 mm in diameter. You can find out what this can look like in our Tube Guide. Our unprinted "be ready" paper tubes are currently available in inner diameters of 30 mm to 124 mm and inner heights of 30 mm to 450 mm and are available for immediate delivery from our Hamburg warehouse.

WHO CAN ORDER?

HOW CAN I SEE IF MY ONLINE ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation with all the details of your order in the store. Your order will now be listed under "My account/My orders" with the current delivery status. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order to your e-mail address.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?

Yes, you have the following options: If you have registered in the store, you can view the current status of your order under "My account/My orders". As soon as we have handed over the goods to the parcel service, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. It contains the parcel number and a link to the online tracking system of the parcel service.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

The paper tubes are in stock in our "be ready" webshop. You can order any quantity you like. For the custom-made "be customized" tubes, we have a minimum order quantity of 3,000 pieces for the 3- and 2-piece tubes and 5,000 pieces for the 1-piece tubes.

CAN I ALSO COLLECT THE PAPER TUBES DIRECTLY FROM SOMEWHERE?

Yes, we have a collection point in Hamburg where you can also collect tubes by prior arrangement and immediately. We are also currently working on a dealer network and can inform you about nearby pick-up points or dealers.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CUSTOM-MADE "BE CUSTOMIZED" TUBES?

Ideally, you should send us the cutting die or technical drawing of your tin. If this is not available, we can also help you to create it. To do this, we need the exact dimensions, your design template as an EPS or vector file and the desired quantity. We will then send you a quote within a very short time. Once we have agreed the technical data, we need a maximum of 2 weeks for a finished sample. The delivery time is 8-18 weeks after placing the order.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE POSSIBLE?

via credit card The information required for credit card payment must be communicated to betubed when the order is placed. Payments by credit card are due immediately and without deduction. by direct transfer An instant transfer allows you to pay without registering using your online bank account. You need your access data for your online banking (e.g. PIN/TAN). via PayPal If you have not yet created a free account with PayPal, please register there and enter your bank or credit card details at the same time. When paying, please log in to your PayPal account.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE "BE READY" TUBES FROM THE WEBSHOP?

The types of customization are very diverse and depend on your wishes. We do not yet have any standards for this, but we look forward to receiving your requests, which we can implement ourselves or with creative service providers.
